Lamentations 3:25, "The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him."
Wait...seek...straight forward verbs and yet often overlooked in my own life...the tangible is so much easier to attend to if I'm not mindful of what's really playing out in my life...God is good all the time but I wonder how many times I've missed it as a result of not waiting...not seeking Him...in the midst of the messiness may my heart be stilled...seeing the bigger picture with the eternal purpose...looking beyond the tangible to what my Lord is about...
