Eagerly anticipating mr. Seth's (or "Seph" as Hope says it) arrival, construction of his room has begun. As I suspected, Alex is doing an amazing job...meticulously turning our loft into a bedroom. Here are a few pictures...with one wall and the closet close to being framed out the next step will be tearing out the banister and framing the wall that runs along the stairs...
